I have just transported a fully operational BJC-4000 printer from Scotland to Portugal, together with its parent computer which uses Windows 95/2. The printer seems OK but now gives a "no paper error" whenever requested to print, whether or not 'primed' with a sheet using form-feed. Latest driver dowmloaded...no avail. Anybody got any ideas what might have happened?

Check to see if there's something like a PEN or anyother small object obstructing the paper feeder.

I have that printer and the same thing happend to me, until i found a pen inside it.

:p

Since it got banged around during shipping you could try a couple of light bangs on it to release whatever got bound.
