Hello. I'm thinking of ordering a mobo, processor, & memory from Step. I'm wanting to get opinions from anyone that has used them. How is their customer service?? Any input would be appreciated.

Service is good, but a little slow. It can take between 2 and 3 weeks to get your stuff, but it's absolute top quality, guaranteed, and always works better, faster, and more reliable than they advertise. Their coolers make an ORB look like a furnace instead of a cooler, and their RAM is top quality.

I used them for quite a few products last year and was nothing but satisfied---some people might tell you differently tho---killer products mem cpu's and m/b's at cost and a cooling system that is about the highest quality ive seen in my limited time...

Same here. Above replies right on. I got a 600E from them and had it up to 990 so far. Mostly run it at 945 1.8V 33-34C. Really stable.

I lapped the heatsink and used very little goop.

Also got 256M ram from them. This is my second time around with them. Had a 366 at 566 before. Still got it and it runs great.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I went ahead & ordered from them. I got a 850 thunderbird, Micro Star k7t pro 2a, 128 mb memory(already have 256 cas2) & their cooling system. Says 2-3 weeks to get it so you were right about that. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif
