an easy way is to open it with a text editor if it's HTML and do it from there.
else if you are inside the adobe, look under text formatting section

Your site isn't that bad, and congratulations for leaving FrontPage in the dust :D
I'm a bit confused as to what you want to do? Do you want to increase the overall size of your font, or increase the spacing between each letter of your font while maintaining the current size?

increaes paragraph spacing, ex. double space. you see were it says the introduction and the specs on the new AK rifles, its all horixontally squished. sorry i cant explain in better terms, but the horixontal font spacing isn't an option i could find, and im having big trouble with formatting large heaps of writing, it looks squished HORIZONTALLY.

One suggestion would be try different fonts. It looks like arial, but I could be wrong. Arial doesn't look as good at size 1 as does MS Sans Serif or Helvetica. Try one of the other fonts to see how they work.
I only use arial very small if I need something tiny, but it's often way too tight when used at small sizes. Even if you do change the letter spacing it may not look like you want it to because the letters will be smaller than the spaces in between. The fonts carry their own spacing values and if you stretch this it may not look right anyway.
Try using one of the other san serif fonts listed above and see how it looks. My preference is always MS Sans or Helvetica for anything less than a size 2. It spaces nicely and reads well.
