CD-ROM drive dissapeared...

i dont know how it happened it happened after i got my new hd so i had A, C, D, E, F, &G drives but F and G dissapeared some how
that is my cd-rom and cd-rw drives now i cant get them to come back its like they arnt even there and after it happened my comp takes extra long to boot up...
i tried adding it in as 'new hardware' didnt work i dont know whats up with it

i had them and it worked fine after i got my hard drive
could a program like magic tweak cause something like this to happen ?

That app could do something if it has tweaks to the directories you could try uninstalling it and run scandisk see if it straightens it out for now.
