Before I got my Geforce 3 I had a Radeon VIVO, and with the Radeon I was able to output to a tv and monitor at the same time, wich made watching DivX movies and presentations to a room full of board members easier. Now with the Geforce 3 it has the SVideo out but its one or the other. I was wondering if anyone heard of a Geforce 4 Ti 4200 that can output like my old Radeon did. I can't stand not being able to see what im doing on a low-res tv!! If there arent and Geforce 4 Ti 4200 with that ability then I may as well save up for the Radeon 9700. I have noticed an issue with the Radeon, I went to www.madonion.com and they have some 9700 listings. I have noticed that on an Athlon system people with 9700s run slower than people with Geforce 4 Ti4600, but on the oppisite side of the Spectrum People with Pentium 4 the thing is reversed?!?!?!? Is it me or is nVidia buddies with AMD and ATI is buddies with Intel? If this holds true at the launch of the 9700 I might as well pick up the Gefoce 4 Ti 4400 when its price drops to $200 or less and OC it to 4600 levels.

Since I don't have any of the new cards, I can't answer this but I DO THINK that ATi is way up there against NVdia in the Tv-out and 2d quality department.
I think there is a utility for NVidia cards called TVTool or something so you can see if that helps out any.!

Also, are you Juan Sanchez in other boards?!?!?! ;)

To have the same (or almost the same ... two-monitor output for sure) abilities you had with your Radeon VIVO you should get GeForce4 Ti (although GeForce4 MX can do it as well, but I can't recommend GeForce4 MX for its 3D features, or in the matter of fact lack of them :( ).
And I'd suggest getting GeForce4 Ti4200, the difference between it and the Ti4400 is not THAT big speaking of 3D performance, and you might also o/c it very close to Ti4600 levels.
