Hey Harry try callin em, im in California and my g/f is presently in Ohio and uses RR, I call them from here with her account info when she has probs, I use the 800# so its no big deal, she feels I can "communicate" alittle better with them then she can, I usually get a quick resolve...

I live in Waynewood (Fairfax County), just off the GW Parkway, 3.5 miles north of Mt. Vernon, 7 miles south of Alex. Cox just installed my cable modem this AM and it didn't sync up with the cable. The installer said they were having a server problem that started last night. A couple of hours later, I talked to tech support and the guy there said the server problem started a few days ago, and they have no estimate of when it will be fixed.
Considering that the service is new to my area, I'm starting to wonder if this is a bogus story, that maybe they're just running around, installing modems, until they have enough customers to justify turning it on. Naw, they wouldn't do that, would they?
