Welcome to SysOpt!

You have a Promise Ultra66 UDMA IDE controller and two extra IDE ports onboard. You need to load the drivers for it. Use these:

do you have a card reader in the computer? I bought one with two usb-2 ports, and that is the message I received when I booted. good luck

BB is right on, if you see an "unknown" PCI mass storage controller there, you got an IDE or SCSI chip somewhere (onboard or on a card) for which you need to install the driver.
