Ahhhh... I'm having problems with running WC 3
My CDRW can't run it?!?!? after putting the cd in, the menu thing comes up and whenever I hit "play game" and then an error message pops up saying, "please verify that your WC III cdrom is inserted, and click verify"
I didn't get that message when I put it in my regular CD-ROM...
but the problem is, that my 'regular' CD-ROM died on me recently....
I'm running Win Me
and ideas/tips would be appreciated

No I am not saying you did this but
But, if you were able to install it ok that means the cd-rw read it fine. but now you cant play it becasue it asks for the proper cd. Almost sound like a pirated game, that needs somthing else done.
Please tell me this isnt the case.

You may need to flash the firmware with a newer version for your CW writer.

LOL :D
pretty much, i'll say that's rite
just like the other guy with the same question about Morrowind or something about
"Circric redundancy error"
or something like that, and immendiately i knew it was, that.
only bad copies of CD does that, and if it was the original, he can always go back to the store and get a new one.
no question asked, on all the different places that sells software including Wal Mart. As long as you exchange it for the same thing, they wont quesiton you.

Yep when you see cd errors you can pretty much narrow it to a bad burn.
