no need for me
linksys is waaaaaaaaaaay too easy to setup, compared to Cisco and Bay routers.
but defintely it's a good place for all those newbies playing first time with routers. :D

The Linksys BEFSR41 was made for old farts like myself. :D
I took it out of the box, plugged it in, push the reset, hooked the cables up, came online with two computers. No, not any configuration of any kind!
Then later when I had a problem getting ICUII to work after installing the router, all it took was email to Linksys.:t

I have the 81, and it is beautiful to me. I had had a 8 port and 4 port hubs linked before, and lightning got them. so I just went with the 8 Port router. Previously I could only get online with three computers, now all 5 at once. Super cool and even I could set it up.:) :)

the BESFR41 is great. I also have their 5 port 10/100 hub. Everyting works as advertised. Ticks a few people off when they access my FTP site.... Linksys plus Zone Alarm .... hard to setup AND hard to break in! :r
I like it.

Thanks, but I found that info in the manual and changed it later that day.
I just wanted to point out how easy the BEFSR41 installs.:t
