How to: Convert CD,s to MP3

I have a utility to convert factory made cd's to .wav files. I'd like to know what program I can use to covert to mp3 files

Get a Line Ripper that will do the conversion.

If the utility you mentioned is Audiograbber, you can go to the Audiograbber web site, download the LAME encoder they have there, unzip to the folder where Auduigrabber is located, and presto you got it all.

Do you know of any fast Rippers that will work under Win2k.

I had Audiocatalyst working once, but dont know how to get it working again, tried installing new ASPI stuff with no luck.

ANY help on a better faster faster program or a way to get AdCat and ASPI working greatly appreciated.
