Our church secretary handles alot of e-mail of different sizes, and gets messages that she has "exceeded one or more size limits set by your administrator" ....... it's a MS Exchange server and I've looked around, but couldn't find anywhere to increase her limits....... any thoughts???

It sits under a table in her office and was set up by a former member. There's another member who took over , but never has the time to look at it. I've been handling it off and on.

I've never had a hands-on with the Exchange admin tools. I suggest that you start another thread in Networking and title it "Exchange Server setup". They'll flock like flies on you-know-what. ;)

What version of Exchange are you running?

Please don't consider me condescending in my instructions but I am unsure as to the level of your knowledge. If you are running Exchange 5.5, click on Start->Programs->Microsoft Exchange->Microsoft Exchange Administrator. After Microsoft Exchange Administrator opens click on Help->About.
