I have installed Adobe PhotoDeluxe and I can not get it to print. All it prints in a big black smudg. An error screen says I need to reinstall my printer driver, I do and still the same. Some one said something about getting an upgrade for my printer. ?? Please get back to me.

First of all, I'd recommend removing your Printer (Control Panel->Printers and then delete it) rebooting your system and reinstalling the printer with the latest certified drivers for your OS. See what happens and post back! Also post computer and printer specs, plz
