HELP, My Display setting jumped way up

Hey My setting is so high I can't see anything.I can get into settings, then into display But can't drop down to change the setting. anyone know what I can do to fix this ?? We did get on the network through my kids, and was able to put a shortcut to display in desktop but when we click on it it only shows my sons display not mine. any other ways to change the settings back to that 800 - 600 setting ?? Please help:confused:

went into safe mode and after clicking on display but it wouldn't move computer automaticly disabled the geforce card and went into it's own vga settings + set it at the factory start up size 640 - 840 something like that so if's fixed. Whew !! later
