Do you think that Tribes 2 would run at least at 30 fps on my system:

AMD k6-2 350
128 MB PC100 Ram
16 MB Voodoo3 3000

These are the System (min) Requirements:

Win 95/98/NT 4.0 , Pentium II® 300, 64 MB RAM, 250 MB free hard drive space, 4x CD ROM Drive, Open GL Compatible 3D Graphics Accelerator, 16-bit DirectX® compatible Soundcard, Internet access


So I think you may be ok. Also remember to drop the res down to its lowest and detail on low. That will help.

I want to play tribes 2 also but i dont know where to get it "for free" or how to go about getting started, you couldn't give me a few details on that ?

tribes 2 is not a free game, you must order it from the sierra website.

i like C&C Red Alert Renegade better, it's just exactely like Tribes 2, but with shiiiit load of more weapons, bases, options, vehicles, etc.

i just had a look on ebay and tribes 2 was about £9, which is quite cheap, new and package too apparently. also you need a cd-key to play. and dont bother asking for one :)
