Does anyone know if there are PCMCIA DVD drives available with hardware decoding built in? I travel a LOT and would like to use my PII 233 laptop for dvd's and i know it wont do software decoding, wayyyy too slow.

I don't know of any. But what you might do is go and pick your self up a hand held DVD player! I've seen ones for about $300-400 at wal-mart! They have a battery level that will run it for around 3 hours. Enough to watch your favorite movie!
