It prints in color fine from all apps except web. Are there any settings or bugs that may be causing this? Thanks for the help. Keri MadMatt 02-09-2001, 09:14 AM I know I have my browser set up to print B/W by default. The settings for IE 5.5 are under File>Page Setup>Printer>Properties. For my HP Deskjet I have to go to the Color tab and check the 'Print in Grayscale' box. SysOpt.com
