Hey, I was wondering what you people thought about this. I'm building myself a computer and I need input on a harddrive. I'm looking at a WD IDE100 60gig 7200rpm. Here's the link http://www.wdc.com/products/products.asp?DriveID=9. Is 60gig enough? I have a pretty meager budget and this hardrive is priced at $75.

Yup - very fast drive. I have more than a few of the 40GB version of the same drive (one less platter than the 60GB) in the field and have had zero problems with them.

The price is right! ;)
