I've been trying to make back up's of game cd's but they have protection on them so that you can't copy a few files from them. Is there any programs or techniques to get round this? I'm using Nero 5 at the moment.

The only one that I ever had problems with was Need For Speed-High Stakes, and I thought that had to do with the disk name (nfshs). I was able to get around it by dragging and dropping all the files and folders on the game CD into a temporary folder on the hdd, then dragging and dropping that folder into my CD creation program.

There are plenty of "programs" that will allow you to do this.

Respecting the non illegal nature of this forum, Illegal Alien, I would suggest you send me an email for more info...
