Is this MoBo any good? (Does it offer FSB adjustments stuff like tht, and does it come with on-board sound?)

It looks pretty nice. Yes it has onboard sound, but I have the same sound controller on my motherboard - GA-7VRXP (basically identical to the P4 model only for AMD, and using PC2700 RAM. They have similar features) and it is pretty terrible. It is based on SB PCI128 from years ago. I use soundblaster Audigy in place of the onboard. Yes it allows FSB adjustments. Check it out here (http://www.giga-byte.com/products/8ihxp.htm).

so, you can FSB ajust, but in the AMD can you mess with the multiplyer?

With the AMD board you can change the multiplier if the chip is unlocked. On with Intel board, you cannot change the multiplier at all, even if it does say that you can. Years ago Intel locked all the multipliers on their chips, and there is no way to change them.
