I just got a ms sidewinder force feedback driving wheel, and have found that the 7th and 8th buttons that are on the underside of the wheel (supposidly to be used as up and down shifting) do not work in one of the games that I am using (Sports Car GT). Either the game does not recongnize these buttons, or the operating system does not (running winxp)
When i plugged the wheel into the computer, xp recognized it right away and did not look for any software. In control panel, under game controlers, it is recognized correctly.
I am wondering if there is a fix for this, or if the buttons can be reprogrammed or rerouted.
Any help would be appreciated....
