what dsl to get...

i am finally upgrading my 56k to dsl! i have narrowed my choices to pacbell (sbc) or earthlink.. do any of you use these.. any suggestions on what on is better?

Since both use the same PacBell wires and DSLAM (central office router), it doesn't matter. Put it this way - why would Earthlink come out there and string cable when PacBell already has? They just contract with the local TelCo for access to your home.

from my experience why would anyone want to go thru a middle-man to get service, as they have to contact the service provider, and the service provider is very limited to what they can say to you. This all creates nasty little delays and problems.
