Hi guys I'm just starting to get into this whole benchmarking thing and I am just curious: my new system is not together yet but it will be an AMD Athlon XP 1800+, with probably an EPoX 8K3A+ mobo, with 512mb of PC2700 DDR, and a Gainward GeForce 4 ti 4200 64mb DDR video card. What is the range of benchmark scores in terms of 3DMark2001 will that system fall in? Cuz right now I am getting a week 660 something. Just curious.:confused:

ith this kind of setup and the latest drivers you should get anything between 8000-9000 and much more if you overclock and tweak a bit.

8000 to 9000 sounds about right for that setup. Gotta agree with Grim on this one....
