I have this MSI K7T turbo motherboard and the following components:

MSI K7T TURBO
AMD DURON 900MHZ
256 SDRAM 133
20GT MAXTOR 5400RPM
40X SONY CD-DRIVE
BASIC ATX HOUSING WITH 230W POWER
SOUNDBLASTER 128
ASUS GF2 MX 32MB

and I have this problem that my graphic card doens't give vga signal to my monitor. I've tried the following :

- 2 different processors
- 2 different power's 230w / 300w
- 3 different memoryes
- 4 different graphic cards (ati radeon 7500, gf3 ti200, gf2 mx pci and agp)
- 2 different monitors
- taking the wires out and connecting again
- reseting my bios
- and finally I changed my motherboard to a new one (the same
model) and I still had the same problem.

When I finally got a different model (motherboard), msi k7t
turbo2 it worked ?

I just wonder do you have any ideas why there was this problem with those k7t turbo motherboards ?

thanx already.

It was probably just a defective board, it does happen. Spend no more than an hour to get it to go meaning update bios and whatever other tweaks you can try otherwise a board should just light up unless its a defective peripheral.
