They're a legit store. My brother ordered a Radeon 8500 from them not too long ago. Ordered it for a good price, but they sent him something other than he ordered. They sent him the LE version, which sucks, and are now refusing to give him his money back. As with any online store, check them out at Reseller Ratings HERE (http://www.resellerratings.com/seller2227.html) before you buy. They got very poor reviews. IF you are looking for a GF4, I would suggest www.newegg.com. They have a very wide selection of manufacturers, great service (personal experience on several occations) and they don't try to "improve" upon the products they sell. The prices are really good. Anywhere from $165 (ti4200) to $350 (ti4600).

hmm... i ordered a custom case on thursday... i just read those reviews and i hope they will ship it =( if not what should I do? i read all those reviews and they dont seem very reliable...

if I find my case busted up... i will return it cuz they live pretty close to me... what happens if they dont exchange it? thats like 142 bucks at stake here....

They are a joke, they have been reported several time to the BBB, once by myself. Steer clear at any cost!

Its the Better Business Bureau. I filed a complaint on behalf of a friend and customer of mine. Paid has not gotten anything. Just look at the ratings http://www.resellerratings.com/seller2227.html how do you manage a 2.12 out of a possible 10.0? They are bad news, if I were you I would try my damnest to cancel my order and seek it elsewhere.

well, what I would do is cancel it call you credit card company and make sure they dont approve funds. And no, no money returned as of yet.

No problem, I only shop online at a select few stores, Newegg, Googlegear, sidewindercomputers, svcompucycle, and KDcomputers. Sometimes its a tad bit more, but its worth knowing your getting what you ordered.

They are not a good company to do buss with. Without going into a great deal of details I will say they mislead on their website. Get ready to wait for your order. Forget it if they mess up your order and you want to return it. They lie big time. It is time for them to be put out of buss however, I am sure they will open up a new store under a new name just as fast as they are shut down.

hey Bud After you clear this up, order it from newegg.com, I knew that case look familar. Cus I kinda wanted it - but I bought a cheaper one to (carve up).

I love Newegg.com, real store and a real great service from them, i order two pc's by parts 2nd order month after the first order no problems at all with the parts or shipping, the shipping i most say was mad fast like 3 days "FedEx" and low priced (that i loved), first order was about $700 of many parts and the dvd drive i order was a OEM not box for $60 but they sent me the boxed one that cost $8 more with the Nero software :), 2nd order was $800 no problems as well just didn't get fan screws.

I give Newegg.com a 10, funny part about online buying that i have done a lot over years, that many bad stores online that have been rated bad by resellerratings.com i didn't have problems with any of them and i didn't know resellerratings site so you just don't know.

yeah, they are a bunch of jerks. Im jrb420's brother. they wouldnt give me a refund or even give me the right card. I said "so then, because you messed up i dont get anything for it?", they said " uh, yeah thats correct". I was pretty mad. and its not just OC systems. You have to watch out for Encore Innovation. Thats the main company. OC systems is just a branch. Component Authority is another company i found under them. Thier website lies. I wanted some heatsinks shipped for my WRONG video Card and the website said Fedex. I thought well maybe it will get here on time then( UPS sucks where i live) I ordered it and then i found out when i got an email confirmation from UPS!!!. well enough complaining, just NOONE BUY FROM ANY ENCORE INNOVATION COMPANY!!!!!

I sent a mb back to NewEgg, and some RAM back to OCSystems on the same day a few weeks ago. They went to the same zip code, same street, and two doors down. They list a different city name, but the UPS guy said that the zip code is for three different city names.
