Hi guys, just installed HP's CD witer plus 9100 upon installing the software a message stating(can find suitable device) any one know whats going on. Thanks

It probably needs to be updated to reconize the drive. Updates can be found at www.roxio.com (http://www.roxio.com) .

If it doesn't work let us know.

It appears that the CD Burning Software isn't recognizing your CD Writer.... Is that the software that came bundled with the Drive? What is teh name of the software?

I am using EZ CD creator 3.5 Iam also getting the message (you cannot install this VB5 application on this computer.Please install the latest Windows NT service pack and rerun this application) I don't know witch service pack to install??

What version of NT and Service pack do you have installed? I believe you need at least SP3 for NT4 to run Easy Cd Creator 3.5.

The latest version for NT Service Pack is SP6a.
