Looking for AMD K6-III 550MHz 2.2v

I am looking for an AMD K6-III 500 MHz processor that has the 2.2v core and 3.3 volts I/O.

I am willing to pay up to 20$ plus the shipping of the processor.

I prefer the processor to be new and unopened.


I am also looking for an AT Form Factor case. I want one of the newer cool ones that are like the 3d cool cases, but most of them are ATX form factor.

The K6-2+ 500, 533 - 550 will work just the same as a K6 III processor...but, either one will cost you more thqn $20 bucks. The last K6 2+ I bought was $40 bucks...and I was happy to get it at that price.

I wasn't looking for the PLUS versions. Just the regular K6-2 or K6-3. My motherboard doesnt support the PLUS versions of those processors. Sorry.

I did a little snooping around at Price Watch and eBay, and the following is what I saw.

I didn't see any K6-III processors over 380 mhz except at eBay where K6-III 450s are going for $45 to $60 bucks plus shipping. There is a K6-III 380 at eBay now with 35 minutes left...its now at just under $30 bucks plus $6 shipping. You could buy one from Upgrade Solution below for less. The same guy has a K6-2+ 450 for $ 42.50 plus $6 shipping.

If anybody finds some K6-III 500s for $20 each...or even $30 bucks each, I would like to know where at. I'll buy a few and resell them.
