how do you remove a user in window

hello my little brother was playing with my comp the other day and he created a another user for window which i don't want. and now everytime i boot up it give me the screen to enter my password eventhought i deleted the user he created windows still ask me for my password without user name this time. And i don't want the window to be there when i restart my comp so is there a way to remove in the registry?? thanks

Give this a try:
Go into settings and make sure the "user" (your little Bro) has been deleted, (his setting, not him)
Then go into file manager (or explorer/Win98)
click "windows" (+=expand tree), then "profiles". You should see your brothers name, or possible "regular". This happened to me, and I basically deleted from the file mgr., I' fairly sure this is how I did it.
To be safe, try creating another profile and deleting it to see if this works...
