Ok guys here is my problem-

I have been trying to find the best way to update my system for a while now and I have made some decisions. I am thinking that I am going to go for a barebones system and add a video card to it. I need help picking the motherboard for that barebones system.

Here are the parts that I know I am getting:
-AMD Athlon XP 1800 1.53Ghz Processor
-A new case with a 300watt PS
-GAINWARD GeForce4 64mb DDR Video Card
-A case fan

The parts I already have:
-A DVD-ROM Drive
-A CDRW Drive 24x10x40x
-Two Hardrives that add to 40gb
-A Creative Sound Card
-All exterior parts (ie monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc.)

Given that I need to search for a new motherboard. I currently have 512mb of SDRAM but I am going to send that to another system so I don't need to keep it in the new system. I think I want to go with DDR memory. I preferably want to be able to handle DDR 333 (PC2700) because I want this system to run into the future and not go out of date fast.

Given the current parts I have, the parts I know I want, and the memory I prefer PLEASE HELP ME FIND A GOOD MOTHERBOARD.

List your ideas for the ideal motherboard below:

THANK YOU

If you are buying a new case, why only a 300w P/S? With what you are looking to put in there, a few bucks more for more power seems reasonable.
