DRIVER MEMORY ERROR

Can someone help me fix a problem. when i start my computer i get a drver memory error when i get into windows 98 it pops up in the taskbar then it goes away.

It's the KakWorm virus.

I think Symantec may be having problems right now. Those links worked fine 2 days ago but there not loading at the moment.
