I just bought a Syba 649 ata-100 Raid card, I got 2 ibm 60g hard drives, so I want to setup a raid o to increst the performance, and I want to set this raid set for bootable. Any things I need to do with that, I dont know nothing about that so antbody can help me, thanks!

This is a CMD 649 (ATA100) controller. What you need to do is enter your motherboard BIOS and set it to boot from SCSI as first choice.

Reboot and enter the controller bios (CTRL+E or similar). In there you build the array using the two drives. Make sure they are connected each on its own cable and that the cables are 80wire. Once the RAID0 is made, save it and exit.

If you are installing W2K/XP you need to press F6 and instert the floppy with the controller's drivers otherwise the array will not be found by the installation program.
