wow, that sucks. I got better with a 1.2 and a voodoo 5. I think you need to get some new drivers or something. With a system like that sounds like you need a new video card. Go to newegg.com, or www.fticomputer.com and try to find one there. 2337 sounds bad.

Start your computer in safemode and check to see if you have duplicate or unused hardware in your system files. I have a XP 1600,256 DDR, TNT2. getting 2856.

I just checked Device Manager and found an Unknown Device. I have no idea what this device could be. Could this be causing problems?

I removed it but still no luck with the score.

I still don't know what the problem is.

Is there anyway of pinpointing the problem?

try and disable FSAA!!

and set your pci texture memory to atleast 15!!

:)

You mean disable Anit-aliasing? Cause it doesn't matter if I enable it or disable cause 3dmark2001 defaults is set to no AA.

And I heard that PCI Tecture Memory doesn't matter if it's an AGP card. (mine's at 31 MB anyway)

EDIT: Yay! I figured out why I was getting such a low score! I didn't let DirectX allow applications to determine Anti-aliasing!
Stupid ME :P

Thanks to all who helped.. but is this a good score? 4148

That sound like a good score now.

That score sounds about right for your setup, although I'm sure that you could probably get 100-200 more points with some tweaks. You can get even more if you overclock your card.

What kind of tweaks do you recommend?
