Howdy everyone!!!

I've been running 3dmark2001 SE lately and I feel that my score is a bit low. Here is my system spec.

IWILL KK266+
AMD athlon Thunderbird 1.2 GHz
GeForce2 ti 450
40Gb 7200 WD hard drive
8Gb 5400 RPM IBm hard drive
300watt PSU

I think thats about all thats important. But anyways, I am getting a score of around 4100 points, is there anything i can do to improve my performance?

your score of 4100 with a 1.2ghz is very good!!

People wi th 1800+ get only 4500!!

to make your score better you can tweak around a bit !!
you can overclock the card!

I O/C the card to 280/430 but only got a 38 point increase. I think the CPU is the one slowing it down, I will O/C my CPU tommorrow to see how it performs.

Are you shure these are good scores for my system?

That sounds ok.

If you got a better CPU performance would be improved.
Check below for toms hardware to see some video cards and how they did.

ohh yea its a very nice score for your system ..

with a better cpu am sure you will gert around 4700-4900!!!

By the way how much ram do you have!??

I ran a benchmark after I OC my cpu to 1350MHz(135 x 10) and my vid card to 280/430 and I reached a score of 4478 points!!!

4400 is about it I dont think you ill get more than this!!

VERY nice score for the Gf2 ti!!
