Macromedia Flash 5

hey i started working with flash 5 over the week end and i would eventually like to get a intro movie to my counter strike clan webpage

i would like like some simple stuff like a crosshair moving over a models head and then the screen going white and then fading into my clans tag.

does anyone know alot about flash or where i can find some tutorials. i am brand new at this and it seems quite confusing.

if anyone could send me a site with some tutorials or if you could email me if you know alot about flash and are wiling to help
