I was considering buying a AMD Duron 1.2 GHz (retail) to start my upgrade. I know that this is a good CPU to buy compared to Celeron but how good is the Duron at overclocking.

How much would I be able to safely overclocking the 1.2 GHz Duron with the retail heatsink.
