I am getting artifacts on all of my JPEGs and all video from Windows Media Player. QuickTime runs fine. I have erased and downloaded new versions of WMP and my picture viewer, but nothing has worked.
Currently running 850 AMD Duron, Voodoo3, Win98se, 256DDR ram...
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
