Please help

I am buliding my first computer using a p4 2.26a
I would like to use 2700 ddr ram
but I`m having problems choosing my motherboard
don`t now wheather to go for asus p4s533 or the p4b533
p4s533 I know takes 2700 ram and has serial ports ect which would be nice as I have older mouse printer joypad. but doen`t have raid but not that bothered.
Everyone says the p4b533 is good because of the 850E Chipset is it that much better than the p4533 sis645dx chipset?
Can it take 2700 ram?
is 2700 ram that much better than 2100?
are there any other reason why to or not to get either of these boards please help any info would be great.

Both boards can make use of DDR2700. The SiS is a very fast chipset where the Intel is very high-quality.

Me? I would get the P4B because it's more important to me that the PC work than work fast. You may feel differently.

i agree with bill, also there is not that much difference between ddr 266 and 333
