Hi, I'm Junker, some here may recognise me from VrDr. I've been advised that this forum covers more subjects than other forums, so I thought I'd give it a try.
My intent is to post as accurate information as I can find about the likelihood that 9-11 was NOT what the media is feeding us, that the government is throwing their business buddies to the wolves to help the coverup, and maybe worse. If you don't want to see this sort of thing, please say so...

Here's a mild example from VrDr:
====================================

This is a quote from George Dubya Bush (near the bottom)

http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/rele...0011204-17.html

When asked: "How did you feel when you heard about the terrorist attack?

============================

"And, Jordan, I wasn't sure what to think at first. You know,I grew up in a period of time where the idea of America being under attack never entered my mind -- just like your Daddy's and Mother's mind probably. And I started thinking hard in that very brief period of time about what it meant to be under attack. I knew that when I got all of the facts that we were under attack, there would be hell to pay for attacking America."

============================

What the ???? I'm almost exactly his age. I grew up learning to duck & cover under my flimsy school desk, as if that would save you from radiation or blast damage from an A-Bomb. I was in navy boot camp during the missle crisis, and chased russian subs around the Caribbean on an aircraft carrier.- Does this guy live in some other universe?

My favorite Bush quote was during the initial phase of the Afghanistan conflict when he referred to his allies in the region as "packies".

Good job G.W. ... and they're your allies! I wonder what he calls militant muslims when the mics not on.

In a country with 300 million people, that was the best choice?

Found this in a blurb for a book:

He was a poor student who somehow got into
the finest schools. He was a National Guardsman who somehow missed a year of service. He was a failed businessman who somehow was made rich. He was a minority investor who somehow was made managing partner of the Texas Rangers. He
was a defeated politician who somehow was made governor. You can hardly blame him for expecting to inherit the White House.

TARP2, absofreakinlootly right!

Quayle, an Indiana senator when he was chosen by George W. Bush's father, brought no visible electoral strength to the ticket but generated controversy over whether family connections eased his entry into the National Guard, enabling him to avoid going to Vietnam. Later he misspelled "potato" on national television, becoming an object of laughter and ridicule. (found near the bottom of this page)
