I got this blue screen. What happened and what do I do to prevent it again? This is the second time.
"***STOP: 0x000000D1 (0x000000A2, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xBFFIEB7A)

Well, it looks like you're having an IRQ conflict with your network card. Check out the settings in the BIOS, and make sure that you don't have PnP OS enabled!

First I tried to open bios, but whenever I go into the boot option, the pc reboots. Second I reinstalled win2k and its still the same. Third I got norton anitivirus and one trojan was detected, got rid off it and still the same problem. Now I get another blue screen.
K_Mode_Exception_not_handled

My system has been running flawlessly for months and now this. The blue screens happen when I open Napster everytime, and sometimes when I have mirc open. Few ver random times also, but mirc was running in the background.

How do you copy that?

I just wrote it down.

Update.
I found what's causing the BIOS problem. It's my TDK12X burner. I put my DVDROM back in and the bios is fine. When the burner is there it doesn't even recognize it when it boots. But it works flawlessly. I burned 50cds in the last 2 days. I did hook up the ide cable on backwords cause there was no safety pin thing on the ide cable that came with the burner so I though I had it on right. Could I have burned out something?

So the bios works fine, but the other stuff still hangs. I can't even play mpegs. When ever I click on one it gives me the KMODE blue screen. I did boot the whole system with nothing in there but HD and Video card and same thing. So any ideas?
