WASP will display all passwords of the currently logged on user that are stored in the Microsoft PWL file. It allows the supervision / convenient deletion of this file to improve the security / privacy of your PC. It is also very useful for educational purposes about computer security. In the documentation you also find helpful facts about the Microsoft PWL file in general.

It's in your .pwl file IF you asked it to remember it on your computer. Run WASP and it will show up if it's there. No harm in using it.

Call the tech support of your ISP. They will be able to reset your password for you. You may even be able to reset your passowrd yourself using their website.

When I had AT&T dialup they had a repair program that would take you through setup and you'd be able to retreive the password through the email. Check your ISP folder.
