I'm paying for my service using a credit card, but since at&t is sort of retarded, they can't seem to send me a receipt. I try and go to the support page using ie, but for some reason (at&t has recognized this problem) the page won't load. there is a link to a microsoft page with a download that they claim will fix the problem (something with SCG), but I don't want to install it really unless I know what it does... can any of you help me out with this problem??

thanks

Just go to Windows Update page and see what the Download is suppose to do !! There's usually a link at each one giving a description.
It probably has something to do with Security ?

They don't email you your receipt? That's so strange, because they do for me.

actually, they said that they email it to my @home account, but I don't want it sent there. every time I call I get a pleseant person who seems like a newbie to the job and doesn't know how to change the destination account. the only reason I even set that email up is because they make you.

can I telnet in and check a @home account??
I would assume so, but I haven't really thought about it, do any of you know how to do this?

thanks
