My card is dead and I need to contact pny support. The form will not accept my serial # so cannot send email. Tried to call for a week now and just get sent in a loop or endlessly on hold. Lifetime warranty isn't worth much if you can't contact them. Has anyone used a serial # that worked that I might use to get in. Suggestions welcome.........:(
