bios update?? how do i find out.?

how do i know if its updated. i keep on seeing same bios for my mobo. whats the deal?????

The company website should tell you if it has been updated when you click on the motherboard and click bios update. Check to see if your version is older or the same.

where do i check it at. ive been looking around. plus when i shut down my comp..it just hangs. and i have to unplug the main cord..

Find out the motherboard brand and the model. Then go to the brand website. Eg Asus motherboard, www.asus.com
