Counter-Strike clan?

I remember there was a post here, some time ago, someone wanted to make a Sysopt CS clan, or something like that?
So did u guys make a clan or not?
I wouldnt mind to join some cs clan :rolleyes:

CS is old, I would but I never play the game. There are a lot of newer better games out there.

My brother still plays. He is like the CS god. I have never seen him get less than first. Ever. He doesn't cheat either. I used to be good too but I don't play it anymore. Besides it's frustrating for my little brother to that much better at something than me. :)

I played Global Ops! its a great game that lets you side with other countries like Russia and Mexico, its a great game with loads of weapons, and mods for each weapon.. although the gfx aren't great its better than Half-Life

well you prolly run yours on 1048x800, mine runs at 640x800 and no triple buffer or any other good stuff cos my PC is so inhumanely ****! :P

I used to play CS heavily - although RTCW has distracted me greatly over the past few months, however ive just started getting back into the swing of it, and although im nowhere near back to my best, if anyone fancies settign up a sysopt clan and wouldnt be ashamed of me being a member - id love to participate also.

Exactly the only good way to play is at high resoultion. If at such low res the game looks bad.

Only downer is that im working 8 weeks of it Monday - Friday, 9am - 3:30pm, and errr -- at old school as a webdesigner.

Yeah man - im outta secondary education now :D - couple of years of college - then maybe university - and then the real stuff begins.

xenon, i have a friend - similar to you - who in his bored time creates a lot of web pages - he has been known to make a £ or two outat it. Baisically he hangs around forums related to whatever subject hs next page will be - eg last one he sold (for about £30 methinks), he hung around a Rap Music forum - found someone who was after a Rap web page - and voila - jobs a gud un - money sent via mail :)

Just a suggestion like - but you could try similar.

Hopefully soem sort of Degree in English Language or journalism (jopurno scum - lol!), however if that fails i'll probably just go back to my one natural ability and do a degree in some computer related field, although id rather go into some form of computer journalism - best of both worlds that way :D

PC Zone is my preffered read, just thought our american friends would be able to identify with PC Gamer better - what with it being on both sides of he big blue pond, I like PCZ's very laid back and ordinary writing style, irts very down to earth - and some of the writing is hillarious (take charlie brooker - who wrote columns and reviews up to about the end of 99 a very funny guy indeed), and each journalist has a distinguishable style of writing and all include various clever witticisms in their writings. PCZ Forver!! ... although i am a bit annoyed at the recent price increases :mad:

yeh, the price increase has become ridiculous, they have had no need to do that, ive not bought a PC ZONE mag in quite a while becoz of the price :mad: but i still buy PC PRO, it is a great mag with reviews on all computer hardware :)

I never knew PC Gamer was a global mag, but the problem with PC Gamer is the fact that they give every game 90% !
