I have never had that problem. Inormally keep some important icons on the lower left (besides the START button) in the taskbar for easy clicking. However, they suddenly all left!?!?!?! And I cant seem to be able to put them back on. How can I do that? I aused to be able to drag them...doesnt work anymore
Thank you

I believe you're refering to the quicklaunch toolbar.
Right click on on empty portion of the Windows Task Bar. Select "Toolbars" then Quick Launch.
You can make custom toolbars too. Just create a folder and copy the shortcuts for the programs or files you want into that folder. Right click on the Task Bar>Toolbars>New Toolbar. Browse to the location of your new folder and hit "OK". You can leave it on the Taskbar, or drag it to the right, left,or top edge of your desktop. Right clicking on the toolbar and selecting "always on top" and "auto hide" makes it behave just like another taskbar. You might also want to turn off "Show Text" and "Show Title" to conserve space.

Apparently, your Quick Launch Folder must have gotten deleted or moved or corrupted. Create a new folder named "Quick Launch" in the C:\Windows\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer folder.
