Welcome to SysOpt ! :)

Few things to try :
1. First install AMD Driver Pack, Version 1.30 (http://www.amd.com/us-en/assets/content_type/utilities/AMDdrvpk_130.exe)
2. Then install Windows® 2000/XP AGP Driver (http://www.amd.com/us-en/assets/content_type/utilities/miniport_533.EXE).

Be sure you running the benchmark at DEFAULT settings. Be sure to check (in drivers' advanced control panel) you haven't activated FSAA (Full Scene Anti-Aliasing) or Anisotropic filtering, since both can severely decrease the performance.

I scored 9300 thanks to you :)

These AMD drivers made it go much faster , but is there a way to take it above the 10'000 mark without overclocking ? I got the latest DirectX and Detonator driver installed already ...

I don't know if you can help me with this one , I'm at the moment using 3d Studio Max and the viewport update (polygon count simultaneously ) is kinda slow. Do you know a way to make the updates go faster ?

I really appreciated all the help you gave me so far ! :)

Glad to help :)
Don't know specifically for viewport update speed, but you can try using RivaTuner (http://www.nvworld.ru/downloads/rivatuner.zip) (finest nVIDIA tweaker I know) and its "Quadro" patches to modify your drivers to work as for professional "Quadro" card (the instructions are all there). Last time I saw the benches and tried doing it myself (with old GeForce2 GTS) I got indeed very nice performance increase in "professional" OpenGL apps, such as 3DS Max which btw you're asking about ;)
Good luck :)

Great thanks I will do that !..

hehe I did my first OC on my new card today !.. from 300 -> 330 , and from 660 -> 700 !... now I scored 9556  ! , I'm going to OC it one step further , I think the default fan can handle this setting, now I need to buy a extra gfx-fan extension + PCI-fan bellow graphic-card for better OC.
