Anybody know anything about this board? Is it good, bad, cheap, expensive, reliable, junky, fast, slow?

Where can I get one?

Out of all the current MPX based offers the Asus is one of the poorest choices. Tyan and Gigabyte offer the best platforms, while MSI is the "overclockers" choice and Epox is up there too.

The Asus had some stability issues and the poorest layout in terms of PCI slots, and additionally is still using the rev of the southbridge with the buggy USB.

For the price, Tyan's TigerMPX-4M is the most mature, stable, offers on board NIC and 4 32bit PCI slots, with fixed USB, but no overclocking at all. If you're serious about SMP overclocking will not be something you'll be doing anyway.

The Gigabyte comes with Promise "RAID" on board too.

As for where to buy any of them, it depends on where you are.
