Help Ghost can't see my disk partitions when I boot straight from the ghost boot disk. If I run ghost in the windows c prompt it sees them without any problem. Even when I try to run fdisk it show the partitions as non msdos. I used system commander to create the partitions.
Can it be outdated version of Ghost ?

GoBack will mess you up with Ghost. Disable it if you're running it. Ghost can image NTFS partitions, but it cannot write an image to one.

I'm not running Go Back. I have one fat 15 patition 2 linux partions and and 8 fat32 partitions on 2 seperate drives. Ghost only sees the fat 16 partition and one large fat 32 partition. ( all partitions combined) and one fat 32 partition on the second drive which should be 3 partitions.

Does Ghost support Linux partitions? I'm not sure.

Ghost doesn't see my linux partitions. If I run ghost within windows (cprompt) it sees all my non linux partitions without any problem. I can even clone partitions within windows. This won't help if i need to recopy my windows partition. Could it be because of my hard drive? Does it have to have a disk manager running to see the partitions? Why doesn't fdisk recognise the partitions?

What I would do is image the entire disk to a FAT32 disk. You'll need space!

Hence the problem arises. I don't have the space to image the whole drive the second drive is only 3g was only going to image the os and boot records
