VERY, VERY dissapointing! The performace of a G3Ti200!!!! Ekkkk!
I'm already faster than that and this card can now be had for around $150-/vs. their $400! I think it took them too long to release it. If they would have been on the ball and got it out to compete with the G3's it would have sold alot better. But the G4's and upcomeing G5's along with the Radeon8500 most 3d-gamers are better off elsewheres. Lower price and higher performance can be had with the current 3d-accelerators. The feature sets are ALL that will pull it through as the article said this makes it more of a work pc vid card than a gameing one. Stereo gameing is not widely supported and may even fade away+ the initial costs are very high. I hoped this would be Matrox's big return, I hope this doesnt stop them from future release that are MORE timely!:( :t
