:confused: I installed a computer game for my daughter on my PC,Barbie Vacation. When I start to play the gane the screen goes blank and error message follows "DDHelpwndclass " appears. Anyone know what going on?

you have way too many APPS running in the background..ie wintune,STI monitor,ddhelpwndclass,ICSMGR,motherboard monitor,iTouchwin....just to name a few.

from start/shutdown/ choose restart.

after pc gets to desktop and completes loading press

ctrl-alt-delete at the same time and you will see all the programs that are running.

highlite each one and choose end task

leaving only explorer

try and play the game (do not reboot)
