Hello everyone:
I having trouble tech support on remote user for my company. User running Win2k on Dell Latitude. User trying to use Madge token ring 16/4 card but device shows error 10: device cannot start. So, had him remove the token ring card and all the protocols. Reinstall everything still the same message. He change the card to 3 COm and the 3Com card works. Plug the Madge card into a IBM thinkpad T2X with win2k and the Madge card works. Try the Madge card back into the Dell Latitude the card still cannot start. Any suggestions?
